Khasab Musandam Beach Camping Itinerary

Here is the detailed itinerary of the overnight Khasab Musandam beach camping trip with a full-day dhow cruise.

09:30 AM 0r 05:00 PM Reporting Time

It is recommended to leave before 06:00 am if you are coming from Dubai because it takes 3.5 hours to reach Khasab Musandam Oman from Dubai including the border processing.

10:00 AM – Dhow Cruise Starting

Khasab Musandam full day dhow cruise will get started. Try to be on time. Staff will welcome you on the dhow and guide you to settle down on the dhow crew. Leaving from the Khasab dhow port a lot of cold drinks. Coffee, tea, fruits, and Omani tea will be served on the boat. Fresh fruits including (apples, bananas, and oranges) would also be served.

11:30 AM – Natural Dolphin Watching

Dolphins are considered the most loved creature on earth. As dhow enters the Musandam fjords, get ready to enjoy dolphins moments in crystal water. It is not guaranteed that you will see the dolphins because these are not trained dolphins.

11:30 AM – Swimming at Telegraph Island

The first stop for swimming snorkeling would be at Telegraph Island. As this Island is considered the best place for swimming snorkeling so don’t miss the chance and enjoy it. The dhow will stay here for one hour for swimming and snorkeling. You will get all the necessary equipment including snorkeling gear and life jackets.

01:00 PM – Lunch Onboard

Around 01:00 pm on-board lunch including rice, fried chicken or fish, vegetable gravy, fresh salad, Arabic bread, hummus, and soft drinks will be served. We do our best to provide you with quality food and fresh food during dhow cruise and camping.

02:15 AM – Swimming at Seebi Island

Cruising along the Musandam fjords and enjoying onboard lunch we will move towards Seebi Island. Here you will get another chance to enjoy swimming snorkeling. & wonderful views of colorful fishes and underwater life.

04:00 AM – Khasab Beach Campsite

After enjoying swimming and snorkeling now we will leave for the beach campsite around 3:30 pm. Here the full day dhow cruise will come to end and campsite fun will start. The staff will welcome you to the campsite and will guide you about the camping arrangement accordingly.

07:00 PM – Live BBQ Dinner

Around 07:00 pm you will enjoy the live BBQ at the campsite if it is not too windy. On the other hand, there will be a BBQ dinner as well. You can enjoy chicken kebab, grilled fish, rice, fried, beef kebab, rice, and fresh salad for dinner.

07:30 AM – Breakfast at Campsite

In the next early morning breakfast including bread, boiled eggs, jam, yogurt, bottled juices, plain water, coffee, and tea will be served to you on the campsite.

08:30 AM – 04:00 PM – Khasab Port Arrival

After enjoying the breakfast the camping trip will also come to end. Now we will leave for Khasab dhow port by speed boat. We will say goodbye with amazing memories and hope to join us again for such wonderful trips.

Border Crossing Details

• Single entry Oman visit vis is 5 OMR each and 35 AED UAE exit fee need to be paid on the border.
• The passport of all participants must be valid for more than 90 days from the travel date.
• If you have a UAE resident visa then it must be valid for more than 90 days.
• You must carry your original passports with you to cross the border.
• You must carry a vehicle registration card (Mulika to cross the border.
• If you don’t have car insurance, you can buy it from the border. (around 100 AED)
• If you are renting a car then must get a NOC from a car Rental Company to cross borders.
• If you have sponsored (dependent) visa then the sponsor must be traveling along.
• All professions are not eligible for an arrival visa, check your profession first.
• Single entry visa holders are not allowed, their visa will be canceled on exiting UAE.
