Meeting Point
Khasab Port
Most cruises in Khasab put you on a boat with twenty other people and a fixed timetable. A private charter means the boat and the crew are working for your group only. The route is the same one everyone sails, Khor Sham, Telegraph Island, the dolphins, but nobody else is on the deck and nothing is on a schedule but yours. Boats run from 15 seats up to 60. Prices are below, so you can work out what your group costs before you message anyone.
Your Options
Choose Your Day
Half Day Private Charter, 3 hours
Departs 09:30 am or 01:30 pm. Runs into Khor Sham, past the fishing villages of Nadafi, Qanaha and Sham, with a stop at Telegraph Island for swimming and snorkeling. Refreshments on board, no lunch. Seebi Island is not on this route. Stop by stop detail is on the Half Day Dhow Cruise page.
Full Day Private Charter, 6 hours
Departs 10:00 am. Same route plus Seebi Island, with a second swimming stop and an Omani lunch cooked on board. Back at Khasab port by late afternoon. Full itinerary is on the Full Day Dhow Cruise page.
Want the boat overnight? Anchored in the fjord, BBQ dinner on deck, breakfast the next morning. That one has its own page: Musandam Overnight Dhow Cruise.
The boat price is fixed. Six guests or fifteen, the 15 guest boat costs the same, so a small group still gets the whole deck.

The Difference
What Makes This Tour Different
On a shared cruise the boat leaves when it leaves and comes back when it comes back. Twenty strangers, one timetable, somebody else’s music. A charter changes who the day belongs to. You set the departure, you decide how long to sit at Telegraph Island, and if the kids want another hour in the water, the boat waits.
The other thing worth knowing is that size is a choice here, not a constraint. Four people can take the 15 seat boat and have a deck built for fifteen. A company outing of forty fits on the large dhow without anyone eating standing up. We run our own boats out of Khasab port rather than subcontracting, which is why the prices above are numbers and not “message us for a quote.”

Charters For
Birthdays, Corporate Or Friends And Family
The 30 and 60 seat boats get booked most often for something other than sightseeing. Birthdays, work offsites, family reunions, engagements, school groups. The deck has space to set up, the crew can help you bring a cake or decorations aboard, and the music system takes your phone.
Tell us the occasion when you message and we will suggest the boat and the timing. Sunset lands better on the afternoon half day charter, and groups over thirty are easier to feed on the full day.

Booked an all inclusive Dubai to Musandam day trip, would highly recommend. Great communication from start to finish, picked us up from where we were staying. Assistance provided with border crossing. Dhow boat trip was amazing, seen lots of dolphins, had a wonderful lunch and snorkeled in beautiful turquoise waters. All at a very reasonably priced.

My friend and I chose to do a day trip from Dubai and this was perfect! we had an amazing experience with the driver and hosts they settled and handled everything for us, including direct hotel pick up and border crossing. We saw dolphins multiple times and got to snorkel at two beautiful Islands. This company is really 10/10 on everything from booking to the tour itself.

We had such a great time today on the Musandam trip. Rehan organised everything perfectly. Our taxi driver, Zakeen, was excellent and drove us safely and comfortably. On the boat, Captain Mohar and Kumar were incredible – they took amazing care of us from start to finish. From the fishing to the food, every detail was handled with so much attention and kindness.
